Detroit police seek missing 23-year-old man with bipolar disorder Rodney Harris Jr. last seen Sept. 21

DETROIT – Police are looking for a 23-year-old man missing from Downtown Detroit.
Rodney Harris Jr. was last seen Sept. 21 near the intersection of Riverfront Drive and Jefferson Avenue. Police said he left his home and has not been seen since. It’s unknown what clothing he was wearing at the time.
His family said he suffers from bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.
