SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – A 19-year-old was arrested on Halloween after allegedly stealing a car in Southfield, leading a police chase and crashing into another car.

Southfield police officers saw a suspected stolen Dodge Challenger in the area of 8 Mile Road and Northland Drive on Oct. 31 at around 3:30 a.m.
