Deputies asking public for help finding missing 17-year-old Rochester Hills girl

OAKLAND COUNTY, Mich – The Oakland County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public for help finding a 17-year-old girl from Rochester Hills who went missing on Friday.

Jeanella Arlene Nicholas, a senior at the Rochester Community Schools attending the Alternative Center for Education, was last seen getting off the school bus on Nov. 7 at around 3 p.m. but did not return home.

Nicholas’ father reported her disappearance that night.

The sheriff’s office sent out a press release on Nov. 10, asking for the public’s help.

Deputies said she was last seen wearing a light-colored hooded sweatshirt.

Investigators believe she could be on the west side of the state.
