Lenawee County man faces multiple felony charges after Adrian armed robbery

‘My kids need this’ suspect reportedly told employees

ADRIAN, Mich. – A man in Lenawee County is facing bank robbery charges after allegedly robbing a cash advance in Adrian.

The robbery took place on Dec. 5 at the Advance America on Main Street. Police said the man produced a black pistol and instructed employees to turn over cash from cash, saying, “My kids need this.”

A month later, Andrew Coleman Lambert Jr was arraigned Monday, Jan. 5, with armed robbery, bank robbery, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person and two counts of felony firearm.
