LIVONIA, Mich. – An Illinois-based restaurant best known for its wine membership program and food is opening its new location in Livonia on March 2.
Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant draws guests in through its Cooper’s Hawk Wine Club -which encourages members to explore and personalize their wine experience through offerings such as educational classes, special seasonal dinners, and group travel. Members also get access to wines made exclusively for the club, along with a different featured selection each month.

The Livonia opening marks the brand’s fifth location in Michigan. Its headquarters is in Downers Grove, Illinois. Cooper’s Hawk has more than 60 restaurants and tasting rooms nationwide. The new site is located at 17115 N. Laurel Park Drive.
At the Livonia restaurant, guests can expect a spacious main dining room with seating for close to 250, plus an outdoor patio with 48 seats. A private dining area for up to 48 guests will also be available.
Cooper’s Hawk is a combination of casual dining, on-site winery with a Napa-inspired tasting room, and specialty shopping.
Beyond wine, the beverage menu includes house-made sangrias and craft cocktails that incorporate Cooper’s Hawk wines, along with standard cocktails and non-alcoholic choices.
Livonia will offer lunch, brunch, happy hour, dinner, and kids’ menus, plus catering options. The lineup spans everything from appetizers, soups, and salads to burgers and sandwiches, steaks and chops, pasta and risotto, chicken, and surf-and-turf selections. Smaller “lunch-size entrees” will be served from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Other Michigan Cooper’s Hawk locations can be found in Clinton Township, Kentwood, Lansing, and Troy.
Livonia hours will be:
- Monday–Thursday: 11 a.m.–9 p.m.
- Friday: 11 a.m.–10 p.m.
- Saturday: 10 a.m.–10 p.m.
- Sunday: 10 a.m.–9 p.m.
