DEARBORN, Mich. – Nearly a year after a teenager was killed in a road rage shooting in Dearborn, police are still looking for whoever is responsible.
A $20,000 reward is being offered for information that leads to an arrest.

Rawan Baseti, 19, of Dearborn Heights, was shot and killed on Feb. 21, 2025, near Warren Avenue and the Southfield Freeway Service Drive.
According to authorities, Baseti was driving a black 2018 Jeep Cherokee with friends when they followed a white 2015 Chrysler 200 to get its license plate number after a dangerous encounter with the driver of that vehicle.
At the intersection of Tireman and West Morrow Circle, occupants in the suspect vehicle fired shots at Baseti’s vehicle before turning onto Cheyenne Street.
Baseti was killed. Her two passengers were not injured.
A cash reward of up to $20,000 is being offered for information that leads to charges.
