According to authorities, Keith Graus left his car at the pump when he went inside the gas station. During that time, Kevin Maurice Farries reportedly entered Graus’ vehicle and took the driver’s seat.

Prosecutors said when Graus returned, Farries threw him to the ground and kicked him multiple times before taking his watch.

Surveillance cameras reportedly captured Farries getting back in Graus’ car and running him over multiple times with his own vehicle before leaving.

Graus died at the scene.
