According to the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office, Agee kidnapped a 14-year-old girl and sexually assaulted her between March 3 and March 10 at his home in the 19400 block of Lindsay Street in Detroit.

“You see these stories in the media and momentarily think thankfully this doesn’t happen here. Then reality smacks you in the face. I am so very saddened by what happened to our young survivor in this case. And no doubt about it - she is a survivor,” said Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy in a statement.

He was arraigned and remanded to jail on March 19. He is scheduled to appear in court on March 26 at 8:30 a.m. for a probable cause conference.
