KNOXVILLE, Tenn – A drug bust in Tennessee resulted in the arrest of three Detroit men and the seizure of 11 pounds of drugs.

According to authorities, the Knox County Sheriff’s Office attempted a traffic stop on a Dodge Caravan in Knoxville just after midnight, Friday, March 27, as part of an investigation targeting a potential Detroit-to-Knoxville drug pipeline.

The Dodge reportedly fled from the scene, resulting in a brief chase that ended with the arrest of three men from Detroit, the seizure of six pounds of methamphetamine, five pounds of marijuana and more than $5,000 in cash.

Kevin Foy, 33, James Costner, 41, and Damaino Farris, 21, were arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute 300+ grams of methamphetamine, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, tampering with evidence and evading arrest in a motor vehicle.

Foy faces an additional charge of maintaining a vehicle for drug use/sales.
