DETROIT – Pre-sales have begun for The Residences at The Detroit EDITION, a collection of 96 luxury condominiums within the Hudson’s Detroit tower.
With prices starting in the $600,000s, the condos range from one to four bedrooms and are expected to open in 2027.

The Residences at The Detroit EDITION feature 96 condominiums with floor plans ranging from one to four bedrooms, spanning 720 to more than 4,500 square feet. The development was designed by SHoP Architects with interiors by Yabu Pushelberg.
Additional amenities
Beyond the residences themselves, owners will have full access to The Detroit EDITION hotel’s amenities. Those include several culinary and beverage options, a pool, fitness center, in-residence dining, spa services and more than 16,000 square feet of event space.
Sales gallery open
A 4,000-square-foot sales gallery is now open for private appointments at 1225 Woodward Avenue in Detroit. Rocket Mortgage will offer financing for The Residences.
