DETROIT – Detroit police are seeking information from the public regarding an armed robbery that happened on Thursday.
According to police, a man agreed to meet the suspect in the 15900 block of E Warren just before 4 p.m. on April 2 to sell his cellphone in the parking lot.

Police said the suspect approached the man and was handed the cellphone before telling the man he had a gun and then leaving the area in a black car.
Detroit police said the suspect is described as a young man in his late teens or early 20s, wearing a black jacket with a hood, black pants, white socks and black shoes.
