Detroit police want help finding missing 13-year old boy

DETROIT, – Police are seeking information about a 13-year-old boy who went missing in Detroit.

Emmanuel Perkins left his residence without permission in the 19200 block of Kelly on Thursday (May 21) and failed to return home.

He was last seen wearing a black ski mask, black hooded sweatshirt and black jeans.

Perkins is 13 years old, 5′7″, 150 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes.
