DETROIT – A former U.S. Customs and Border Protection officer from Macomb County will spend six years in federal prison after being convicted of distributing child pornography.
Scott Rocky, 58, of Center Line, was sentenced Thursday to 72 months in federal prison for distribution of child pornography.
According to authorities , Rocky shared and downloaded hundreds of files of child sexual abuse material, known as CSAM, in April 2025 . A search warrant executed at his home revealed hundreds of explicit images involving the sexual abuse of toddlers, infants and prepubescent children.
Rocky was among more than 200 people arrested as part of a nationwide crackdown on the sexual abuse of children in 2025 .
