Detroit City FC 2015 schedule released Monday

DETROIT – The full 2015 schedule for Detroit City FC was released to the public on Monday morning.

"At last, our supporters have the chance to start planning their summers," said DCFC co-owner Alex Wright. "Along with the NPSL schedule, we are excited to announce that we are adding an additional friendly to our home schedule, making our season ticket package good for nine home games instead of eight. We will be announcing opponents for two of the three friendlies today, but we are waiting on the third, which we expect to be against a very high-profile club."

Detroit will open with a friendly against the Muskegon Risers on May 9 at 7:30 p.m. at Cass Tech High School in Detroit.

The NSPL home opener will come on May 15 at 7:30 p.m. against AFC Cleveland with the highly-anticipated matchup against 2014 conference champion Lansing United following on May 31 in East Lansing.
