NBA Draft rumors: Lakers talk with Pistons about first-round pick Los Angeles Lakers looking for more first-round picks
DETROIT – The Los Angeles Lakers are looking to get another first-round draft pick, according to reports.
ESPN reports the Lakers would like to add another first-round pick, in the lottery range. The Lakers already own the No. 2 and No. 28 overall picks.
Amico Hoops reports the Lakers have connected with the Detroit Pistons on their No. 12 pick:
The Detroit Pistons are said to be looking to move their No. 12 overall pick, and sources have told Amico Hoops the Pistons and Lakers may have already connected.
It's unclear what the trade would include for the Pistons, but the team has been rumored to be trying to trade the No. 12 pick.
