Tigers-Cardinals game in Detroit postponed due to rain

The Tigers-Cardinals game scheduled for Monday night in Detroit has been postponed for weather.

The game will be made up as part of a straight doubleheader on Tuesday with the first game starting at 3:40 p.m. and the second game starting approximately 40 minutes after the conclusion of Game 1.

The only tickets valid for Tuesday’s straight doubleheader will be those for Tuesday’s originally scheduled 6:40 p.m. game.

Fans with paid tickets for tonight’s postponed game may exchange their tickets for Tuesday’s doubleheader or for any future 2024 regular season game of similar value. For more information, visit tigers.com/rainout.

Tuesday marks the first Bark in the Park night of the regular season. Fans can bring their dog to Comerica Park and enjoy a game with their fluffy friend. Special ticket package, which can be purchased at tigers.com/theme, includes a game ticket, exclusive Bark in the Park item and a donation to the Michigan Humane Society. For tomorrow’s game, the exclusive item is a reversible bandana.

Michigan State University night, which was scheduled for tonight’s game, has been rescheduled for Tuesday. Fans who purchased the MSU ticket package will be contacted by a member of the Tigers Ticket Sales Department.
