Jimmy Fallon overcomes incredible odds to make(?) field goal with Roary at Ford Field

DETROIT – Jimmy Fallon wanted to experience all the highlights while taping an episode of The Tonight Show in Detroit, and that meant a stop at Ford Field.

Jimmy and Steve Higgins met Roary at Ford Field to try to kick a 20-yard field goal.

After some maybe slightly helpful instruction from the mascot, Jimmy’s first attempt went wide left, and Higgins barely got the ball off the ground.

They decided to get into neon blue onesies, and that did the trick. Well, kind of. Jimmy’s next kick landed on the cross bar and fell over thanks to a powerful sneeze?

Does that count? Who knows, but let’s just let Jimmy have this one.
