DETROIT – The Detroit Lions dominated the Cleveland Browns on Sunday for their third-straight victory.

Detroit’s Week 1 loss to the Green Bay Packers seems like an eternity ago, as the Lions have since ripped off three impressive victories.

While the Browns aren’t considered a contender, they are coming off a surprising upset of the Packers last week.

The Lions gave them no such opening on Sunday. After the Browns opened the scoring with a touchdown midway through the first, the Lions ripped off 20 unanswered points before the half.

Cleveland kicked a field goal to pull with 10 midway through the third quarter, but a pair of Lions touchdowns in the fourth turned this one into a laughter.

Jared Goff and Amon-Ra St. Brown led the way with a pair of touchdown connections. St. Brown finished with 70 yards on seven catches, while Goff threw for 168 yards.

Jahmyr Gibbs led the Lions with 91 rushing yards and a score on 15 carries.

Detroit, at 3-1, is temporarily in first place in the NFC North ahead of the 2-1 Packers, who play the Cowboys on Sunday Night Football.

Next week, the Lions visit Cincinnati to face the Joe Burrow-less Bengals.
