DETROIT â Detroit Lions offensive tackle Taylor Deckerhas made a decision about his NFL future amid speculation that he will retire following the 2025 season.
Decker announced on Tuesday (Feb. 24) via his Instagram, âWhom shall I send, and who will go for us? Here am I; SEND ME! #Year11.â
The quote is a Bible verse from Isaiah 6:8, which represents the immediate, willing response to Godâs calling to send a messenger to deliver warnings and hope to the people through the prophet Isaiah.
The 10-year veteran battled a shoulder injury last season, said he needed time during the offseason to see if he would return for his 11th season, and his decision made waves across the football world.
