DETROIT – As the No. 1 seed, the Detroit Pistons are the team to beat in the Eastern Conference as the NBA playoffs begin this weekend.
That was not the case two years ago when the team won only 14 games and started a rebuild in Detroit.
Tobias Harris returned to the Pistons that offseason and has been a key part of this organization’s resurgence.
I caught up with the Pistons forward to chat about the team’s rise in the NBA, their successful 2025-26 regular season, and how he got the “Unc” nickname from his younger teammates.
The Pistons begin their 2026 NBA Playoff run on Local 4 on Sunday night at 6:30 p.m.
