The Saginaw-based event will host a second series of movies Friday to Sunday, Nov. 12-14, after screening an earlier slate of films in October. Films include two documentaries — one about celebrated journalist Anthony Bourdain and the other about the daring Thailand cave rescue that made headlines worldwide in 2018 — as well as four dramas that earned acclaim at earlier film festivals across the world. Known for his showcasing of global cuisines through shows like "Parts Unknown" and "No Reservations," along with his writing ability in books like "Kitchen Confidential," Bourdain's death shook many.

In reality TV categories, RuPaul won his fourth consecutive Emmy as reality host on VH1's "RuPaul's Drag Race." While Creative Arts Emmys don't guarantee Primetime Emmy wins, the event is a good indicator of voter sentiment within the Television Academy.
