Tigers’ offense goes cold until 9th inning in nightcap loss to Rockies
After the Detroit Tigers routed the Colorado Rockies with a 20-hit barrage in the opener of Saturday’s doubleheader, the nightcap looked completely different. The Tigers managed only six hits -- and just one extra-base hit -- in a 3-2 loss to the Rockies at Comerica Park.
