The remains of a sailor from Massachusetts who died when the USS Oklahoma capsized during the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941 are being buried at Arlington National Cemetery on Monday.

It was announced by the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency on Thursday that U.S. Army Pfc. Lowell D. Smith from Battle Creek, who was killed during World War II, was accounted for.

Pfc. Philip T. Hoogacker, a Detroit native, was 23 years old.
