After being closed for more than a month, Orion Road is expected to reopen Monday evening.

Orion Road in Oakland Township has been closed indefinitely after flooding washed a chunk of it away near Dutton Road.

The Road Commission for Oakland County (RCOC) has established a formal detour route for traffic traveling on Orion Road at Dutton Road on the Rochester Hills/Oakland County border, which remains closed due to damage caused by July 16’s flooding.
