Evel Knievel's son suing Disney over 'Toy Story 4' character

Son Kelly Knievel, head of K and K, has had publicity rights to Evel Knievel's name since 1998, according to the Tuesday court filing in U.S. District Court. The Caboom character is described by Disney Pixar as a 1970s motorcycle-riding toy based on โCanadaโs greatest stuntman,โ according to the lawsuit.
