Cade Cunningham has missed the Detroit Pistons’ last five games. The Athletic reported Saturday the second-year guard may have to opt for surgery. Cunningham has been sitting out with “shin soreness” since a Nov. 9 loss to the Boston Celtics. The Pistons are 3-14 on the season and have lost five in a row overall. Detroit plays at the Sacramento Kings on Sunday night, wrapping up a three-game road trip.
