A longtime friend of the man accused of shooting and killing a Detroit mother who was last seen in 2020 testified to what he witnessed the days following the woman’s disappearance.

A man has been charged nearly five years after a Detroit woman mysteriously disappeared after a call on Mother’s Day.

Keyvonte Deshawn Clark was charged with first-degree murder and mutilation of a dead body.

Prosecutor Kym Worthy has charged Keyvonte Deshawn Clark, 31, of Detroit, in connection with the fatal shooting of Jessica Bedford, 24, also from Detroit.
