Aidan Hutchinson, Kenneth Walker III named finalists for Walter Camp Player of the Year award
Michigan State running back Kenneth Walker III and Michigan defensive end Aidan Hutchinson made the final cut for one of the nation’s top awards. Those two were among the five finalists named Thursday for the Walter Camp Player of the Year award. Walker is also a finalist for the Doak Walker Award (nation’s top running back) and Maxwell Award (player of the year) and winners for those will also be announced Dec. 9. Hutchinson on Tuesday was named the Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year.
