Now a second rumored recreational marijuana business is knocking at the city’s door with some residents expressing opposition. Angerer said the City Council never adopted an ordinance either banning or regulating recreational marijuana business. She also said she was unsure if city council members were notified the entirely new industry was coming to town. Pleasantrees offers in-store shopping, pre-orders and curbside pickup for only recreational marijuana.
