Three students have been killed, eight other people are injured and a suspected shooter is in custody after a shooting at Oxford High School on Tuesday, authorities said.

An armed Waterford Township man accused of assaulting his mother barricaded himself inside a home for hours with another woman while heavily armed authorities surrounded the building, police said.
