Cleveland Guardians Saturday game vs. Detroit Tigers postponed due to inclement weather; rescheduled for 7:10 July 14

The game has been rescheduled for 7:10 p.m. on July 14, a mutual off day for both clubs. Saturday’s contest is already the sixth home game postponed this season for Cleveland and the second game this week postponed by weather, after Wednesday’s game against the Cincinnati Reds was played on Thursday. Francona tested positive for the virus last week, prompting Cleveland to postpone its May 11 game against the White Sox. -Guardians merchandise for sale: Here’s where you can order new Cleveland Guardians gear, including T-shirts, hats, jerseys, hoodies, and much more.

The scripted name atop the giant scoreboard at Progressive Field is new.
