Sting to perform handful of US concerts in 2022 with one in Grand Rapids
GRAND RAPIDS, MI - Sting has a huge schedule of concerts overseas in 2022 with very few shows in the United States, not counting a Vegas residency. One of those U.S. shows will be in Michigan at Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids. The frontman for The Police will be at Van Andel on Saturday, May 7. Tickets go on sale on Friday, February 25 at 10 a.m. and can be purchased at Ticketmaster, through StubHub or via Seatgeek. President of Vegas casino company dies in Michigan watercraft accident
The head of a casino company died Saturday in a watercraft accident while vacationing in Michigan, the company announced. Richard J. Haskins, president of Red Rock Resorts Inc. and Station Casinos LLC, which owns 20 casinos in Nevada, died, the company said in a statement. Haskins joined Red Rock in 1995 as general counsel of the company's Midwest operations. He had served as president of Red Rock Resorts and Station Casinos since October 2015Frank Fertitta III, the CEO and chairman of the board of directors, praised Haskins.
