The Dallas Cowboys aren't putting quarterback Dak Prescott on injured reserve after surgery on his right thumb.

Cooper Rush will start in place of the injured Dak Prescott on Sunday because he knows the system, but “we plan to make some roster moves,” the Cowboys coach said.
