Downtown Rochester kicks off holidays in Oakland County

Some call it the Big Bright Light Show, but the Rochester Downtown Development Authority(DDA), which is responsible for one million lights blanketing downtown, calls it Lagniappe, which is Creole for “a little something extra.”
