Afro Nation Festival returns to Detroit this weekend

The Woodward Dream Cruise isn't the only big event happening this weekend in Metro Detroit as the return of the Afro Nation Festival, which last year brought a big concert stage to the site of the former Brewster-Douglass housing projects, makes a much-anticipated return.
