Godmother of victim in deadly dog attack's children provides impact statement

The Godmother to the victim’s children, Shauntaye’s best friend, appeared in court to provide an impact statement, as well. Harold Phillips was attacked in January 2024 by three dogs. The dog owners were sentenced on Jan. 3, 2025.
