Rosa Parks Transit Center shut down as police search for shooter in downtown Detroit

The Rosa Parks Transit Center in downtown Detroit is on lockdown right now after a man was shot. Police said a young adult or possibly even a teenager shot a young man in the ankle. The victim is expected to survive. But the transit center is shut down while police investigate and try to find the shooter.
