City of Detroit gears up for 'Halloween in the D'

There are just 24 days to go until Halloween, and the city of Detroit is gearing up for what's turned into a really fun family event. "Halloween in the D" is a city-wide celebration that includes several activities at police precincts, city centers and firehouses. Activities include trunk-or-treating, decked-out city parks and more.
