Detroit assistant principal accused of sexually assaulting teen student, faces felony charges

Jerome Younger, a 54-year-old assistant principal at Edward “Duke” Ellington Conservatory of Music and Art in Detroit, has been arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old student at his home. Younger, who has worked in education for 28 years and was involved with the Junior Police Cadet program, faces charges of first and second-degree criminal sexual conduct.
