Popular vegan pop-up Street Beet launches permanent location in Corktown

Street Beet, known for its vegan comfort food like plant-based tacos and burgers, is transitioning from a pop-up to a permanent location in Corktown. The new restaurant, offering a unique dining experience with nonalcoholic drinks and vintage arcade games, will open at the former Bobcat Bonnie’s site on Michigan Avenue at 4 p.m. on Thursday, December 11.
