Detroit police release video of Midtown shooting after high-speed chase ends in crash

The Detroit Police Department released video of a police shooting in Midtown following a high-speed chase involving Terrance Davis, a suspect in 12 shootings across the city. The pursuit ended on November 14 when police executed a PIT maneuver, leading to a crash on Cass Avenue. Davis, who attempted a carjacking and exchanged gunfire with ATF agents earlier that day, exited the stolen SUV armed and was shot by police after refusing to drop his weapon. He survived and faces charges including carjacking and attempted murder, with a court appearance scheduled for Friday.
