Detroit Sandwich Week returns with pop-ups and events

Detroit is celebrating its 12th annual Sandwich Week, featuring seven pop-ups and events, which recently began at Mudgie’s on Brooklyn Street. Organizer Carlos Parisi, also the host of “Carlos Eats Detroit,” discussed the event's offerings and how the city's sandwich culture is evolving.
