Crews respond to water main breaks across Detroit

All hands on deck. That was Deputy Director Sam Smalley at today's update. We've seen crews responding to water main breaks from one side of town to the other. Khalil Maycock was at State Fair and Dequindre Road on the city's east side, where the water is flowing.
