Understanding seasonal affective disorder: Know the signs, when to see a professional

If you are out and about when it's cold, clearly you love winter. But getting out and embracing it is also the best way to get through it for those who struggle this time of year. Seasonal Affective Disorder is brought on by the change in season and our shorter days and sunlight.
