Detroit honors funk legend George Clinton ahead of Opera House performance

The city of Detroit made sure funk music legend George Clinton felt welcome. Clinton is in town for a performance on Saturday (Jan. 31) night at the Detroit Opera House, but Thursday night, he was given one of the city's top honors.
