$25 million lawsuit against officer, Detroit

The city of Detroit and an officer hit with a $25 million lawsuit. Last October, initial reports indicated an officer fired multiple shots at a woman who reportedly failed to hand over her license during a traffic stop. However, Chief Todd Bettison later revealed that claim was unfounded.
