Presser: Man ‘viciously’ assaulted, run over multiple times in carjacking on Detroit’s west side

A man has died after being assaulted and run over by his own car by a suspected carjacker early Tuesday morning at a gas station on Detroit’s west side. Detroit Police Captain Marcus Thirlkill provided an update on the death investigation.
