What happens at skilled trades task force meetings

The “help wanted” sign is up, and the City of Detroit is doing its part. As part of Local 4’s Trade Up segment, we’re shining a light on opportunities in the skilled trades. On Monday, we talked about another task force meeting. We’re digging into what happened at these meetings with Mary Waters, the Detroit City Councilmember at-large, Joanna Underwood, who is a part of Waters’ team, and John Perkins from the Carpenters and Millwrights Association.
