Passenger with disabilities claims wheelchair was damaged by American Airlines on Detroit flight

A man with disabilities says his specialized wheelchair was damaged after an American Airlines crew improperly stored it on a flight from Detroit to Phoenix. He says communication started strong, then stopped. So he reached out to Local 4.
