Stolen van crashes on Hall Road, driver in custody

A reportedly stolen U-Haul truck crashed at the intersection of Hall Road and Garfield in Macomb County while fleeing police. The driver was extricated from the vehicle by first responders, who had to cut the windshield off the van.
